Swipe get a 1% processing fee for each transaction. They pay their share to visa and for their own cost and burn the rest (30%).
Binance, FTX or every other whitelabel customer has the possibility to offer cashback but they have to pay for it. Not Swipe.

Monthly token release is 1.8M 1.2M is for Staking rewards and 600K for team operations (40K daily is for staking rewards and 20K for operations).

The more coins are burned, the more the service of swipe is used. an inflationary system is good for the price of SXP. The FED, for example, does the opposite, they print more and more money and the dollar has less and less purchasing power. As long as the service is used by Binance and others the burn will continue. Ignition will also burn SXP.
How much Binance burn from there card fee ..?
30% fee burn SXP. For example, I speed 100 dolar I pay 100.90 dollar 90 cent is fee %30 of fee burns %70 go to swipe.
Will Slate card requirements go back to 30k when Swipe price goes back to 90c or $1?
Depends and once the SIP-7 goes live then community can decide the lock up terms.

Price and burn rate is co-related, higher the SXP price means less daily token burn and vice versa.

ACH has been implemented in USA whereas EUROPE is still waiting for SEPA.

You make a purchase and You pay with your stable coin it will convert it automatically. Fiat remains but you can't set It as funding source.

After we reach 100M fixed supply, the fees will be distributed to stakers.
